The fastest way to get an answer

Include your order number in the first message. It is in your confirmation email, and with it we can see your order, its tracking and its status immediately instead of asking you three follow-up questions first.

What to include, by topic

• Where is my order? Order number and the delivery ZIP code.
• Return or refund: Order number and whether the item is unopened.
• Fault or warranty claim: Order number, a description of the fault, photos or a short video, and what you have already tried.
• Before buying: Just ask — no order number needed.

When we reply

Email is answered within one business day, Monday to Friday. Messages sent over a weekend or public holiday are answered the next business day. Phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm ET.

Ordered somewhere else?

We can only look up orders placed on skyhawk4k.com. If you bought from a marketplace or another website, contact that seller — we have no access to their orders and cannot refund a payment we never received.
