The guarantee

If the SkyHawk 4K isn't right for you, you have 90 days from the delivery date to return it for a refund of the purchase price, less original shipping and handling where applicable.

How to start a return

• Email support@skyhawk4k.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
• We reply with a return authorization and the return address within one business day.
• Pack the drone and accessories in the original packaging and ship it back.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of arrival.

Condition

Returned items should include the drone, controller, battery, cable, propellers and case. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Damaged or faulty on arrival

Email us photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping — your choice.

What "90 days" actually means

The window runs for 90 days from the date your parcel is delivered, not from the date you ordered. That is deliberately long enough to fly the drone through a full season and decide properly, rather than a two-week window that expires before the weather cooperates.

Refund amounts, stated plainly

• You are refunded the purchase price of the returned items.
• Shipping and handling is not refunded.
• There is no restocking fee.
• Return postage is yours unless the item arrived faulty or damaged, in which case it is ours.

Returning part of a bundle

You can return some units from a multi-drone package. Because bundle pricing is tiered, the refund is calculated on the per-unit price of the package you actually keep. Support will confirm the exact figure in writing before you post anything back.

How long a refund takes

1. Email support@skyhawk4k.com with your order number to start the return.
2. We reply with return instructions, usually within one business day.
3. Post the item back in its original packaging.
4. We inspect on arrival and issue the refund within 3–5 business days.
5. Your bank typically posts it within a further 5–10 business days.

Cancelling before dispatch

If your order has not yet left the warehouse, email support immediately and we will cancel it and refund in full. Once it is with the carrier, treat it as a return.
