Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses.
Cost
Shipping is free on every order. There are no handling fees at checkout and no customs charges.
Processing and delivery
Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day are dispatched the same day. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days after dispatch. During launch promotions and holiday peaks, add 1-2 business days.
Tracking
You'll get an order confirmation email immediately and a tracking link as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse. If tracking hasn't updated after 3 business days, email support@skyhawk4k.com and we'll chase it for you.
Wrong address or missing parcel
Contact us within 24 hours of ordering if you need to correct an address. For parcels marked delivered but not received, contact support within 7 days and we'll open a carrier claim or reship.
Processing times in detail
- Ordered before 2pm ET, Monday to Friday: dispatched the same day.
- Ordered after 2pm ET: dispatched the next business day.
- Weekend and public holiday orders: dispatched the next business day.
- Peak periods: add a day. We will tell you if dispatch slips further.
Delivery estimates by region
These are estimates from the day of dispatch, not the day you order:
- East Coast and Midwest: typically 3–5 business days.
- West Coast and Mountain states: typically 4–6 business days.
- Alaska and Hawaii: typically 5–7 business days.
Buying as a gift
Allow two full weeks before the date you need it. Between Thanksgiving and Christmas, carrier networks slow down nationwide, so order earlier than you think you need to.
Addresses we cannot ship to
We do not ship outside the United States and we do not ship to freight forwarders. If you are ordering to a military or PO Box address, contact support before you place the order so we can confirm the carrier can deliver.
Delays and what we do about them
Once a parcel is with the carrier, its scan history is the same information we see. If tracking has not moved for three business days, or the parcel has not arrived within seven business days of dispatch, email support@skyhawk4k.com with your order number and we will open a trace with the carrier and keep you updated until it is resolved.

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order and every bundle within the United States.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day ship the same day from our US warehouse. Later orders ship the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 3 to 7 business days from dispatch, depending on your region. Alaska and Hawaii are usually at the longer end of that range.

Yes, free of charge, to all 50 states.
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently. Orders are limited to US addresses so we can guarantee delivery times and honour our return policy.
I entered the wrong address — can you fix it?
Email support@skyhawk4k.com immediately with your order number. If the parcel has not left the warehouse we can update it; once it is with the carrier we will help redirect it where possible.
My tracking has not updated. What now?
If it has not moved for three business days, contact support with your order number and we will open a trace with the carrier.
